Booking Notes

  • To make a booking for 15 or less guests please use the booking form below.The Matriarch does not accept reservations via phone calls. 

  • A valid credit card is required to make a Reservation.

 

  • No deposit or money is taken at time of reserving your booking. Full payment will be required at the restaurant.

 

  • Cancelations must be made with in 24 hours of reservation or a cancelation fee will apply. 

  • Lunch and Fancy Tea reservations are strictly 2 hours in duration. Please ensure you are not late to your reservation as we may not be able to extend your finish time. Requests can be made for an extended booking however may we may not be able to extend your reservation and is subject to availability.

  • Please include children (including babies, prams or High Chair requests) in your guest numbers and make a note in your booking notes to ensure a large enough table is made available

  • The Matriarch can not guarantee a requested table or area. All requests will be treated as requests.

  • Fancy tea contains Nuts, Dairy and Gluten...

  • Gluten free Fancy tea menu is available however must be pre booked and noted during the reservation process. We are unable to accommodate any form of FODMAP diets.

  • Walk in dietary requirements are not available for Fancy Tea bookings. All Dietary requirements require notification at time of booking. Please ensure all known allergies or dietary requirements are noted in your reservation prior to submitting your reservation.

  • Our High tea menu's are subject to change... See our Fancy Tea menu and prices here

  • Your reservation will be automatically confirmed and a table assigned to your booking. However each reservation is checked by management and may be subject to change or cancelled if we are unable to accommodate your requests.We will make contact with you if there are any problems with your booking.

  • Please do not make an additional reservation to naviagate around our booking notes. Making an addditional reservation to add an extra person or to extend you reservation causes confusion and stops other paying customers making a booking. If you require any changes or additonal requests to your resrvation please contact us via email and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
