To make a reservation a valid credit card is required and acceptance of our cancelation policy is required.

No payment is charged at time of booking.

​

If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking or do not show up, a cancellation fee of $10 per person will be charged to your credit card.

 

By making this reservation you agree to our cancelation policy. 

​

This is not a deposit and full payment will be required at the Matriarch.

​

There are no charges for amendments to reservations. Please contact us at anytime prior to your reservation to make changes. Email is preferred.

Fancy Tea reservations

​

• Fancy Tea reservations are 2 hours in duration. Requests can be made for an extended booking however is subject to availability.

• Children Fancy tea is for children aged up to 12 years. There are no charges for babies and infants.  

• All fancy tea reservations are located inside and Airconditioned.

• Fancy tea menu contains Nuts, Dairy and Gluten… 

• Dietary requests need to be made using the notes section on the form below. All dietary requirements are required at time of booking.

• Gluten free, Dairy free and vegan menu options are available however must be pre-booked.

 

• Lactose free milks and alternative milks are available for coffee and tea and do not need to be pre-booked.

• If you are making a reservation for Fancy tea all children and adult guests are required to be on a Fancy tea package. (infants are more than welcome and do not need to be on a package)

• We split bills for Fancy tea reservations only. 

​

Our decoration policy

You are more than welcome to decorate your table however we are unable to allocate time for decorations and your decorations must be done in your reservation window. 

Glitter/confetti and like products are not permitted.

• Drinks only reservations are 1 hours in duration. 

• The Matriarch does not serve lunch or Dinner.

• These reservations are for drinks only.
